Government Aims for $10 Billion IT Export Target

 The caretaker federal government has set a target of getting 10 billion dollars through IT export, the federal cabinet approved the 19-member board of governors of the Special Technology Zone Authority, and caretaker prime minister Anwarul Haq Kakar as the president of the board of governors. And approved the appointment of 8 experts from the private sector as members.

A three-member committee headed by Caretaker Prime Minister Ahad Cheema selected the members, Director General Strategic Plan Division, and four provincial chief secretaries board members have been appointed. Federal Secretary Cabinet Division, IT, Finance, Science and Technology, Food, and Chairman FBR have also been appointed as members of the committee. Granted, Grade 21 Officer Ismat Gul Khattak for 3 months by Director General PSQCA was appointed.
