Pakistan has opted to enhance its bilateral connections with Canada.
in ISLAMABAD. The conclusion was reached during a phone call between Mark Miller, Canada's Immigration and Refugees Minister, and Interior Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti. Pakistan has acknowledged its support and assistance in resettling the Afghan refugees who were sent to Canada through multiple flights.
He urged the Interior Minister to visit Canada as well. The Interior Minister stated that Pakistan
has been providing refuge for Afghan refugees for several years and that there are no measures being taken against Afghan nationals who are living legally in the country.
