The hurricane caused widespread destruction in Russia and Ukraine.

Hurricanes in the Black Sea severely impacted the coastal areas of Russia and Ukraine, causing widespread destruction and loss of life. Foreign media reports indicate that the hurricane resulted in millions of people losing electricity in the Russian-administered Crimea, with heavy rains and storms flooding roads and uprooting trees in coastal areas of both countries.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reports that about 2,000 towns and villages in Ukraine have been without electricity since Sunday night, and the heat and power plant in Odesa has been destroyed.

Additionally, it is reported that 10 people in Ukraine lost their lives in various incidents due to the rains and strong winds from the hurricane, while 3 people have been reported dead in Russia. The head of Russia's National Meteorological Service described it as a powerful storm that struck Crimea.
